Tim Harris, HR analytics and Research Group Management Consultant, T-Mobile USA

Tim Harris (Harris-Caceres) is a management consultant in the HR analytics and research group at T-Mobile USA, where he leads programs in workforce planning, performance linkage analytics, and workforce reporting. Before joining T-Mobile, Tim worked as a lead consultant at Hewitt Associates, where his responsibilities included employee survey research and global employer benchmarking. At MCI Communications, he managed strategic HR planning and programs. His employee-customer linkage research was recognized in a Harvard Business Review article, and his writing and speaking credits include Monthly Labor Review articles and Human Capital Institute webinars. Tim splits his time between Seattle, Washington, and Eugene, Oregon.


Doris M. Sims, Founder and President, Succession Builders, LLC

With 28 years of experience as a practitioner and consultant, Terry Doerscher is the principal for the Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) Practice at BOT International. As an advisor to more than 100 companies, Mr. Doerscher is known for his expertise in developing business practices aligned to the realities of modern organizations. Within the industry, his thought leadership and contemporary work is recognized as a catalyst for redefining the role of the modern corporate PMO.

Terry is the co-author of Taming Change with Portfolio Management (Durbin & Doerscher, 2010, Greenleaf Book Group), and is a contributing author to several other books, including Mark Price Perry’s Business Driven series and the PMI PMOSIG Program Management Handbook. He is a member of PMI and the Program Management Office Community of Practice; is ITIL v.3 Foundation certified; and is a Certified Process Design Engineer (CPDE). In addition to his work with BOT, Terry is retained as an Expert-In-Residence by Planview Inc. He is a founding director of the Enterprise Management Association – International.


Brian D. Lowenthal, Co-founder and Managing Partner, The Lion Valley Partners

Mark Price Perry founded BOT International, a boutique PMO content asset firm, in 1999 and has become a widely recognized authority on PMO architecture and PMO setup having worked with hundreds of PMOs of all shapes and sizes all over the world. Mr. Perry also serves as Director of PMO Services for gantthead.com. Mr. Perry is the author of the books, Business Driven PMO Setup; Practical Insights, Techniques, and Case Examples for Ensuring Success (2009) and Business Driven Project Portfolio Management; Conquering the Top 10 Risks that Threaten Success (2011). Prior to BOT International, Mr. Perry enjoyed a 17 year career with IBM in sales and management that included the setup and use of several line of business project offices. Mr. Perry attended the American College in Paris in 1978/1979 and graduated from Virginia Tech in 1981.

Ben resides in Atlanta, GA and enjoys playing jazz drums with his 17 piece Big Band on the weekends.
